Hold your Horses, for a month...

Ok... so this doesnt really have anything to do with horses, but calm down just the same. Visitors to Dubai on a visit visa now will be required to wait at least one month after leaving the country to be able to return. This is in response to reports of stranded visitors, mostly Filipinos, who had left the country the get visas and then were unable to obtain them and gain reentry into the country.
